Beating the Heavy Bag and the Competition
MMA Fighting and Business
Wow where to begin. I have to say this has been by far one of the most exhilarating and exhausting experiences I have done in my life. I have to give major kudos to all the fighters out there, because it is no easy task to walk into a ring and dish it out for ten, fifteen, twenty, even thirty minutes. So now I have officially ended my high school schooling, being officially withdrawn on September 8, of 2009. With all this new free time (which is a hefty 9.5 hours), I am devoting it to my business and Mixed Martial Arts training.
There’s a very ironic and similar correlation to MMA training and the start up of a new business. The first week of training was brutal. All of my muscles were sore, and my body ached constantly. It was a challenge just to keep my arm in the air let alone throw another punch. Plus, I was extremely out of shape stretching wise. I couldn’t even touch my toes and when pushed to do so, it hurt like hell. This was startup for training and similarly, startup for any business is the same. It takes getting used to typically, a lot of effort and struggle. Microsoft did not just soar to the top of the software industry, and neither did Apple, to the top of the computer industry. It was a long process, in which the beginning with extensively difficult to overcome. Oddly enough, I began my training at the exact same time I started my new online REO home business. It has been some time since I last designed a website and made it flow together effortlessly, and let me tell you, I definitely forgot how much effort went into creating it. It was quite a painstaking task to build another site. Not only that, but now I’m selling a completely new product, so all of the previous product sales knowledge is no longer useful. In fact, I’m not even really selling anything, but rather generating leads. My entire concept of marketing had to altered to fit my new website, which is what I my body and mind had to do to meet up with the demand of MMA training.
So now I’m punching through the first three weeks of training and the first three weeks of starting up a new website. There’s going to be plenty more to this article so stay tuned. If you want to see what I have been working on, feel free to go check out www.ezREOhomes.com. MMA fighting tips, reviews and info will also be added soon. Cheers.
